本備忘令是根據(jù)西班牙馬德里農(nóng)食環(huán)境部,，農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)衛(wèi)生局局長(zhǎng)——Valentin Almansa博士2017年2月23日提交國(guó)際獸醫(yī)局(OIE)官方報(bào)告發(fā)布的。報(bào)告確認(rèn)在加泰羅尼亞(Catalonia),，希羅納(Girona),，桑特格雷戈里(Sant Gregori)爆發(fā)了H5N8型高致病性禽流感(HPAI)。經(jīng)阿爾赫特(Algete)中央獸醫(yī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室(國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室)確認(rèn),，它的影響對(duì)象是鴨子,。 |
