2021年2月消息，自2021年3月1日起為了保護(hù)中非國內(nèi)消費(fèi)者免受不合格產(chǎn)品帶來的有關(guān)公眾健康、安全和環(huán)境方面的危害，中非共和國工商部MoCI（Ministry of Commerce and Industry）發(fā)布公告從2021年3月1日起，出口到中非共和國的貨物商品需要做符合性評定方案IVoC（Inspection and Verification of Conformity Program）認(rèn)證。

2021年3月1日起，出口到中非的新方案管控范圍內(nèi)的所有產(chǎn)品需要執(zhí)行文件審核、貨物檢驗(yàn)等一系列認(rèn)證程序，并簽發(fā)產(chǎn)品符合性證書CoC(Certificate of Conformity)，以證明其符合中非相關(guān)技術(shù)法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，用于貨物在中非當(dāng)?shù)厍尻P(guān)。

中非產(chǎn)品符合性評定方案IVoC的管控范圍如下：

（1）Food products and food 食品

（2）Chemicals and related products 化學(xué)品及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品

（3）Plastic and rubber products 塑料和橡膠制品

（4）Leather products 皮革制品

（5）Wood and wood products 木材和木制品

（6）Paper and paper products 紙和紙制品

（7）Textile and clothing 紡織服裝

（8）Shoes and hats 鞋帽

（9）Construction materials, including stones and glass products  建筑材料，包括石頭和玻璃制品

（10）Metals and metal products  金屬和金屬制品

（11） Industrial equipment and machinery 工業(yè)設(shè)備和機(jī)械

（12）Mechanical products, including gas appliances  機(jī)械產(chǎn)品，包括燃?xì)庥镁?/p>

（13）Electrical and electronic products 電氣和電子產(chǎn)品

（14）Telecommunications products 電信產(chǎn)品

（15）Motor vehicles and parts  機(jī)動(dòng)車及零部件

（16）Laboratory, scientific or metrology equipment and instruments  實(shí)驗(yàn)室、科學(xué)或計(jì)量設(shè)備和儀器
