為了提醒注冊的企業(yè)并在檢查開始前給企業(yè)一個更新注冊卷宗的機會,，ECHA表示會定期發(fā)布將面臨合規(guī)檢查的物質(zhì)清單。近期,，ECHA發(fā)布了2015年首批將要面臨合規(guī)檢查的物質(zhì)清單,，共包含38個物質(zhì),。然而，ECHA強調(diào)清單中的物質(zhì)并非是固定不變的,，隨時可能有新的物質(zhì)加入,。

        為了縮短檢查時間，ECHA決定在將合規(guī)檢查后的決議草案發(fā)給注冊企業(yè)后,，不再考慮卷宗更新的時間,。注冊企業(yè)應在收到?jīng)Q議草案30天內(nèi)，就決議草案提交合理的解釋,。

        另外,，ECHA稱100-1000噸的物質(zhì)注冊卷宗僅有不到10% 將被隨機抽查，計劃5%的卷宗檢查將在2018年前完成,。對于1-100噸注冊物質(zhì)的檢查,，也將根據(jù)物質(zhì)的關(guān)注度的不同來選擇待檢物質(zhì)。
