    據(jù)報道,，新規(guī)定將要求雞蛋生產(chǎn)商在產(chǎn)品盒子上標(biāo)注每公頃有多少只雞,。然而消費者和動物福利組織仍有所不滿，他們希望能達(dá)到聯(lián)邦科學(xué)與行業(yè)研究機(jī)構(gòu)（CSIRO）制定的行業(yè)自愿守則,，即每公頃1500只雞的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),。

    It is one of four options to be put to state and territory ministers today, as they meet in Canberra to broker a national standard to label free range eggs.

    John Coward from Egg Farmers Australia said farming up to 10,000 hens per hectare was a satisfactory standard in line with guidelines currently in place in Queensland.
