2019年4月2日,，WTO保障措施委員會(huì)發(fā)布埃及代表團(tuán)向其提交的保障措施立案通報(bào)。2019年3月31日,，埃及在其官方公報(bào)發(fā)布公告,，對(duì)建筑用的進(jìn)口半成品鐵,、非合金鋼和鋼筋（Semi-finished products ofiron or non-alloy steel and Steel rebar (bars, rods and coils)）啟動(dòng)保障措施立案調(diào)查。若存在緊急情況,，埃及將實(shí)施臨時(shí)保障措施,。涉案產(chǎn)品的埃及稅號(hào)為7207、7213和7214,。

　　利益相關(guān)方應(yīng)于立案公布之日起30日內(nèi)進(jìn)行應(yīng)訴登記,、提交書(shū)面證據(jù)并聽(tīng)證會(huì)申請(qǐng)。
