2021年1月19日，歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布公告稱，對(duì)原產(chǎn)于中國(guó)的光纜（Optical Fibre Cables）作出反補(bǔ)貼肯定性終裁，決定對(duì)涉案產(chǎn)品征收5.1%～10.3%的反補(bǔ)貼稅，與此同時(shí)，將中國(guó)光纜的反傾銷稅調(diào)整為14.6%～33.7%，反補(bǔ)貼稅率及調(diào)整后的反傾銷稅率詳見附表。涉案產(chǎn)品為由一個(gè)或多個(gè)獨(dú)立護(hù)套纖維組成，帶保護(hù)殼，無論是否含電導(dǎo)體的單模光纜，涉及歐盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）編碼ex 8544 70 00（TARIC編碼為8544 70 00 10）項(xiàng)下的產(chǎn)品，但單獨(dú)安裝于操作連接器的一端或兩端的電纜和海底電纜除外。措施自公告發(fā)布次日起生效。
2020年12月21日，歐盟委員會(huì)對(duì)原產(chǎn)于中國(guó)的光纜進(jìn)行反補(bǔ)貼立案調(diào)查。
2020年9月24日，歐盟委員會(huì)對(duì)原產(chǎn)于中國(guó)的光纜進(jìn)行反傾銷立案調(diào)查。2021年11月18日，歐盟委員會(huì)對(duì)中國(guó)光纜作出反傾銷肯定性終裁，對(duì)涉案產(chǎn)品征收19.7%～44.0%的反傾銷稅。
