菲律賓國家電信委員會(huì)(NTC)此前于2024年7月5日發(fā)布了002-07-2024號(hào)備忘錄通告，為短程設(shè)備(SRD)分配了5925-6425 MHz頻段,。2024年9月23日,，NTC發(fā)布了一份備忘錄,，建議那些之前已經(jīng)獲得6 GHz頻段設(shè)備類型驗(yàn)收證書(TAC)或設(shè)備一致性授權(quán)(GEC)的人申請(qǐng)修改相關(guān)TAC/GEC,。

1,、所有在NTC MC編號(hào)002-07-2024生效日期之前通過認(rèn)證的設(shè)備都需要申請(qǐng)修改現(xiàn)有的型式驗(yàn)收證書(TACs)或設(shè)備一致性許可(GECs),。

2,、任何更新的證書將包含5925-6425 MHz頻段，并將保留先前分配的相同NTC批準(zhǔn)證書編號(hào),。

The  National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines previously  published Memorandum Circular No. 002-07-2024 on July 5, 2024, which  allocated the 5925-6425 MHz frequency band for Short Range Devices (SRDs). On  September 23, 2024, NTC published a Memorandum which advised those who  previously have been granted Type Acceptance Certificates (TACs) or Grant of  Equipment Conformity (GEC) for devices that operate in the 6 GHz band to  apply for a modification of the relevant TAC/GEC.

1,、All previously certified equipment before the effective date of NTC MC  No. 002-07-2024 are required to apply for a modification to existing Type  Acceptance Certificates (TACs) or Grants of Equipment Conformity (GECs).  Manufacturers are encouraged to undertake this modification process as soon  as possible.

2、Any updated certificates will reflect the inclusion of the 5925-6425 MHz  frequency band and will retain the same NTC approval certificate number  previously assigned.
