    他們稱，駱駝奶含有豐富的免疫球蛋白,，這些抗體十分微小,，可以滲透人體腸道被吸收，此外其乳糖成分與牛奶不同,，適合許多患乳糖不耐癥（lactose intolerance）的人群,。

    希爾夫婦的駱駝奶場(chǎng)現(xiàn)在每天出產(chǎn)大約30升駱駝奶，經(jīng)消毒包裝后運(yùn)往全國(guó)各地,。

    South Australia's first functioning camel dairy - Humpalicious - has swung into operation near Port Germein in the state's Mid North and is already flat out keeping up with demand.

    Former sailor Warwick Hill and his wife TJ say they hatched the idea for the “drome-dairy” about two years ago while travelling in the remote indigenous APY Lands.

    “We were in the desert and we came across a couple of people who knew about camel milk,” Ms Hill said.
