　　7月27日歐盟食品安全局評(píng)估了孔雀石綠（MG）用于水產(chǎn)品中的安全性問(wèn)題。研究了魚(yú),、甲殼類(lèi)水產(chǎn)品中孔雀石綠與其主要代謝物隱色孔雀綠（LMG）的限量問(wèn)題,。經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)估,，歐盟食品安全局得出結(jié)論認(rèn)為,，孔雀石綠與其主要代謝物隱色孔雀綠（LMG）在水產(chǎn)品限量2μg/kg不存在健康問(wèn)題,。

　　Malachite green （MG） has been used globally in aquaculture but is not registered for use in food-producing animals in the European unio.
