2008年4月16日,，歐盟委員會(huì)（European Commission）正式通過(guò)《歐盟REACH收費(fèi)法案》,，相關(guān)文檔將于近期公布。
    “The fees and charges that will be charged for registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemicals under the new REACH registration procedures have been adopted by the European Commission and will be published shortly in the Official Journal. The basic registration fee will range from ？1,600 for substances produced in volumes below 10 tonnes/year, to ,？31,000 for those above 1,000 tonnes/year. There will be up to 90% discounts for smaller firms and 25% reduction for firms that cooperate together on registrations. The fees, which will be payable to European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), were approved by the Committee of Member State representatives in December.”
     此次《歐盟REACH收費(fèi)法案》中,，規(guī)定了注冊(cè)的基本費(fèi)用范圍：小于10噸每年的物質(zhì)為1600歐元每物質(zhì),，大于1000噸每年的物質(zhì)為31000歐元每物質(zhì),。
     法案表示，在收費(fèi)問(wèn)題上,，管理局會(huì)給中小企業(yè)以一定的優(yōu)惠待遇,。具體為，對(duì)中型企業(yè)有30%的優(yōu)惠,，對(duì)小型企業(yè)有60%的優(yōu)惠,，對(duì)微型企業(yè)有90%的優(yōu)惠。
     同時(shí),，管理局也鼓勵(lì)聯(lián)合注冊(cè),，并對(duì)聯(lián)合注冊(cè)團(tuán)體中的每一個(gè)體的費(fèi)用作出了一定幅度的減免，聯(lián)合注冊(cè)可享受25％的優(yōu)惠減免,。
     需要提醒國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)注意的是,，法案中規(guī)定的聯(lián)合注冊(cè)，其定義為REACH 法規(guī)中明確定義的聯(lián)合注冊(cè),，是國(guó)際范圍內(nèi)的聯(lián)合注冊(cè),，是管理局鼓勵(lì)的通過(guò)SIEF論壇作為平臺(tái)建立起的聯(lián)合注冊(cè)，與國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)所說(shuō)的"聯(lián)合應(yīng)對(duì)REACH"完全不同。
