2016年10月12日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)部分穩(wěn)壓器集成電路及其產(chǎn)品（certain integrated circuits with voltage regulators and products containing same）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編號(hào)：Inv. No. 337-TA-1024）,。
　　2016年9月12日,，美國R2 Semiconductor, Inc向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口,、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的部分穩(wěn)壓器集成電路及其產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國專利注冊(cè)號(hào)：8233250）,，請(qǐng)求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令和禁止令。
　　美國最終將以下企業(yè)作為指定應(yīng)訴方：美國Intel Corporation,、愛爾蘭Intel Ireland Ltd.,、越南Intel Products Vietnam Co., Ltd.、以色列Intel Israel 74 Ltd.、馬來西亞Intel Malaysia Sdn. Berhad,、中國Intel China, Ltd.,、美國Dell, Inc.、美國Dell Technologies Inc.,、美國HP Inc.和美國Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co.,。
　　美國貿(mào)易委員會(huì)將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。除美國貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外,，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟(jì)令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力,。
