2017年6月9日,，歐盟委員會發(fā)布公告稱,，對原產(chǎn)于中國的鐵、非合金或其他合金鋼熱軋板材（certain hot-rolled flat products of iron, non-alloy or other alloy steel）作出反補貼肯定性終裁,，裁定對華涉案產(chǎn)品征收4.6%~35.9%的反補貼稅（詳見表一）,。同時對原產(chǎn)于中國的鐵、非合金或其他合金鋼熱軋板材的反傾銷終裁結(jié)果作出修改（詳見表二）,。涉案產(chǎn)品歐盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）編碼為7208 10 00,、7208 25 00、7208 26 00,、7208 27 00,、7208 36 00,、7208 37 00、7208 38 00,、7208 39 00,、7208 40 00、7208 52 10,、7208 52 99,、7208 53 10、7208 53 90,、7208 54 00,、7211 13 00、7211 14 00,、7211 19 00,、ex 7225 19 10（歐盟TARIC編碼為7225 19 10 90）、7225 30 90,、ex 7225 40 60（歐盟TARIC編碼為7225 40 60 90）,、7225 40 90、ex 7226 19 10（歐盟TARIC編碼為7226 19 10 90）,、7226 91 91和7226 91 99,。
2016年5月13日，應(yīng)歐洲鋼鐵協(xié)會（the European Steel Association）代表熱軋板材產(chǎn)量占?xì)W盟內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品總產(chǎn)量90%以上的歐盟生產(chǎn)商于2016年3月31日提出的申請,，歐盟委員會對華鐵,、非合金或其他合金鋼熱軋板材進行反補貼立案調(diào)查。補貼和損害調(diào)查期為2015年1月1日~2015年12月31日,。
2016年2月13日,，應(yīng)歐洲鋼鐵協(xié)會（the European Steel Association）代表熱軋板材產(chǎn)量占?xì)W盟內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品總產(chǎn)量90%以上的歐盟生產(chǎn)商于2016年1月4日提出的申請，歐盟委員會對華鐵,、非合金或其他合金鋼熱軋板材進行反傾銷立案調(diào)查,。傾銷和損害調(diào)查期為2015年1月1日~2015年12月31日。2016年10月7日,，歐盟委員會對原產(chǎn)于中國的鐵,、非合金或其他合金鋼熱軋板材作出反傾銷肯定性初裁。2017年4月6日,，歐盟委員會對原產(chǎn)于中國的鐵,、非合金或其他合金鋼熱軋板材作出反傾銷肯定性終裁。
