2017年8月10日,，歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布公告稱,，對(duì)原產(chǎn)于中國的耐腐蝕鋼（Corrosion Resistant Steels）作出反傾銷初裁。涉案產(chǎn)品歐盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）編碼為ex72104100,、ex72104900、ex72106100,、ex72106900,、ex72123000,、ex72125061、ex72125069,、ex72259200,、ex72259900、ex72269930和ex72269970,；歐盟TARIC編碼為7210410020,、7210490020、7210610020,、7210690020,、7212300020、7212506120,、7212506920,、7225920020、7225990022,、7225990035,、7225990092、7226993010和7226997094,。
2016年12月9日,，歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布公告，應(yīng)歐盟鋼鐵協(xié)會(huì)（European Steel Association）代表耐腐蝕鋼產(chǎn)量占?xì)W盟內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品總產(chǎn)量53%以上的8家歐盟生產(chǎn)商于2016年10月25日提出的申請(qǐng),，歐盟委員會(huì)對(duì)原產(chǎn)于中國的耐腐蝕鋼進(jìn)行反傾銷立案調(diào)查,。
