近日,，肯尼亞標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局KEBS和藥劑和毒品管理局PPB向所有從事醫(yī)療器械 (Medical Devices),、食品補(bǔ)充劑 (Food Supplements),、醫(yī)學(xué)美容產(chǎn)品(Medical Cosmetics),、草本產(chǎn)品 (Herbal Products)和其他類似的醫(yī)療保健類產(chǎn)品 (Healthcare Borderline Products)的進(jìn)口商發(fā)布了聯(lián)合公告,。

公告表示為了避免肯尼亞公眾受到不合格產(chǎn)品的危害,，針對(duì)上述所有原在PPB管控下的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品同時(shí)也必須開始實(shí)施KEBS規(guī)定的出口前符合性評(píng)定方案 (Pre-Export Verification of Conformity,，簡(jiǎn)稱PVoC),。所有相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)口商在向PPB申請(qǐng)進(jìn)口許可之前必須先獲得產(chǎn)品符合性證書 (Certificate of Conformity,，簡(jiǎn)稱CoC),。

該規(guī)定自2017年9月1日（到港日）起正式實(shí)施，特提醒近日從事相關(guān)產(chǎn)品出口到肯尼亞的企業(yè)務(wù)必注意,。

其主要影響的產(chǎn)品海關(guān)編碼可參考如下：

3822: Diagnostic laboratory reagents and certified reference materials

4014, 4015: Hygienic or pharmaceutical products (condoms, examination and surgical gloves mitts and mittens)

5601:  Wadding; other articles of wadding – Cotton wadding

7017.10: Laboratory, hygienic and pharmaceutical glassware

8419.20: Medical, surgical or laboratory sterilizers

9001, Optical fibre and optical fibre bundles : optical fibre cables other than those of heading85.44;

9004: Spectacles, goggles and the like, corrective, protective or other

9018: Instruments and appliances used in medical, surgical, dental or veterinary sciences including syringes and needles.

9021: Orthopedic appliances, including crutches, surgical belts and trusses; Hearing aids and other appliances which are worn or carried, or implanted in the body, to compensate for a defect or disability, splints and other fracture appliances.
