海灣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織(GSO)對(duì)測(cè)試報(bào)告的新規(guī)定自2024年7月30日起生效,，在此摘取重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容再次提醒：

1. Maximum Acceptance Period for Test Results: 測(cè)試結(jié)果的最長(zhǎng)接受期限 

a. Test results shall be generally considered valid only if obtained within a period no longer than 3 years prior to the date of the manufacturer’s application for G-Mark certification to the Notified Body,。

一般而言，只有在制造商向指定機(jī)構(gòu)申請(qǐng)G-Mark認(rèn)證之日時(shí)不超過(guò) 3 年的測(cè)試結(jié)果才被視為有效,。

b. Effective immediately, test results utilized for Gulf Type Examination certification will be considered valid if obtained within a period not exceeding three years from the date of actual test performance. This period is determined from the date when testing activities were completed and issued the test report, as explicitly stated in the laboratory testing report.

從即日起，用于海灣地區(qū)型式認(rèn)證的測(cè)試結(jié)果,，如果是在自實(shí)際測(cè)試之日起不超過(guò)三年的時(shí)間內(nèi)獲得的,，則視為有效。該期限從實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試報(bào)告中明確說(shuō)明的測(cè)試完成并出具測(cè)試報(bào)告之日算起,。

2. Traceability of the test reports to the products applied for certification: 測(cè)試報(bào)告與申請(qǐng)認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品的可追溯性

a. Test reports shall explicitly reference the manufacturer, brand, and model of the products applied to be certified for G-Mark.

測(cè)試報(bào)告應(yīng)明確列出申請(qǐng) G-Mark 的制造商、品牌和型號(hào),。

b. The manufacturing location (factory), if indicated in the test report, shall match the information provided in the application for certification.

生產(chǎn)地點(diǎn)（工廠）,，如在測(cè)試報(bào)告中標(biāo)明，應(yīng)與認(rèn)證申請(qǐng)中的信息一致,。

c. The test reports shall include sufficient photo documentation of the tested products to permit the Notified Body to identify the applied product (model), in particular in case of family models or product series.

測(cè)試報(bào)告應(yīng)包含足夠的測(cè)試產(chǎn)品照片資料,，以便指定機(jī)構(gòu)識(shí)別申請(qǐng)認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品 （型號(hào)），特別是家族型號(hào)或系列型號(hào),。

3. Product Identity Declaration (PID) 產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)聲明

a. In cases where the test report does not directly correspond to the product model applied for certification, a Product Identity Declaration (PID) or Declaration of Identity (DOI) shall be provided showing the correlation, similarities and differences between the products applied for certification and the tested products and include the references to all test reports that show the relevant test results.

如果測(cè)試報(bào)告與申請(qǐng)的產(chǎn)品型號(hào)不一致,，則應(yīng)提供產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)聲明 (PID 或 DOI)，說(shuō)明申請(qǐng)認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品與測(cè)試產(chǎn)品之間的相關(guān)性,、相似性和差異,，包括相關(guān)測(cè)試結(jié)果的所有測(cè)試報(bào)告的參考引用。

b. The PID/DOI shall be signed by an authorized person on behalf of the manufacturer or his authorized representative (e.g. technical responsible or top management representative) and issued on an official letter showing the name and address of the issuing company.

PID/DOI 應(yīng)由代表制造商的授權(quán)人或其授權(quán)代表（如技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人或高層管理代表）在顯示公司名稱(chēng)和地址的正式信函上簽署,。
