2025年4月14日,，歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì)(CEN)批準(zhǔn)了EN 17826:2025《兒童護(hù)理用品 - 化學(xué)危害 - 要求》 (Child care articles - Chemical hazards - Requirements),。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本將于近期發(fā)布,。

根據(jù)其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)草案FprEN 17826:2025,，該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擬管控14類兒童護(hù)理產(chǎn)品中的7類化學(xué)物質(zhì)：19項(xiàng)元素遷移、3項(xiàng)阻燃劑含量(TCEP,、TCPP,、TDCP)、苯胺,、129項(xiàng)致敏香料含量,、甲醛含量、7項(xiàng)多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs),，以及甲酰胺含量和釋放量,。

• 安全圍欄(Safety barriers)

• 床護(hù)欄(Bedguards)

• 嬰兒背帶和兒童背帶(Baby carriers and child carriers)

• 嬰兒車(Pushchairs and prams)

• 手提嬰兒床及支架(Carry cots, baby nests and carry cot stands)

• 浴盆和洗澡用具(Bath tubs and bathing aids)

• 搖籃和嬰兒秋千(Reclined cradles and infant swings)

• 椅上座椅(Chair mounted seats)

• 桌邊座椅(Table mounted chairs)

• 自行車兒童座椅(Childs seats for bicycle)

• 嬰兒搖椅(Baby bouncers)

• 兒童安全帶和韁繩(Children's harnesses and reins)

• 嬰兒學(xué)步車(Baby walking frames)

• 換衣臺(tái)(Changing units)

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擬不適用于其他兒童家具,、高腳椅(highchairs)、烹飪學(xué)習(xí)臺(tái)(learning towers),、安撫奶嘴(soothers)、安撫奶嘴固定器(soother holders),、兒童飲用設(shè)備(drinking equipment),、兒童餐具和喂食器具(cutlery and feeding utensils)。
