2024年3月6日至3月18日期間，印度化學(xué)品和化工部（DCPC）發(fā)布公告，將延長(zhǎng)18類化學(xué)品質(zhì)量控制令（QCOs）的實(shí)施日期。

對(duì)于需要強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行的QCOs，企業(yè)需要在出口至印度前完成BIS強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證，確保每種化學(xué)品都符合相應(yīng)的印度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并標(biāo)注獲得印度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局（Bureau of Indian Standards, BIS）許可的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)標(biāo)注（Standard Mark）。
根據(jù)2016年的印度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局法案（BIS Act），任何違反上述命令規(guī)定的行為都將受到處罰。
